[Case Study] Morika Transport Co., Ltd. <GDP Compliance/Remote Renovation>

We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving at Morika Transport, a pharmaceutical logistics company. The company has been promoting "GDP compliance" from an early stage, and as part of this initiative, it was decided to renovate from a regular temperature warehouse to a temperature-controlled warehouse. To meet the request of "wanting to carry out construction without significantly reducing the operational rate," it was decided to implement a "renovation while in operation" approach.
